The eddy current heat treatment inspection devices MSK-100 and MSK-200 have been newly released. The processing speed has been significantly improved compared to previous models, enabling high-speed inspections. By expressing the threshold value with an elliptical graph on a color display, the threshold can be intuitively set, making the operation of the device easy. They can be used for inspecting the quenching depth and hardness of heat-treated products, distinguishing different materials, and inspecting surface treatments such as shot peening. We offer two models: the MSK-100, which is fast and easy to handle, and the MSK-200, which allows for high-precision inspections using multiple frequencies.
