Non-cross specification using generally applicable epoxy resin! Method covered by cooperative warranty.
The "Zicklight D Method" is exposed to a harsh acidic corrosion environment, making it virtually impossible to carry out repair work. For concrete facilities that require long-term maintenance-free solutions, it features an epoxy resin-based non-crosslinked specification with excellent protective functions as a corrosion protection design specification. By applying organic fiber sheets, the unique trowel waves and uneven thickness characteristic of trowel application specifications are finished to create a smooth and uniform coating layer. 【Features】 ■ Demonstrates stable adhesion performance even on wet surfaces, unaffected by the moisture condition of the concrete. ■ A method that eliminates the need for a primer process and removes the glass cloth application step, significantly shortening construction time. ■ Finishes with a smooth and uniform coating layer by applying organic fiber sheets to address the unique trowel waves and uneven thickness of trowel application specifications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

The JER Concrete Repair and Improvement Association aims to extend the lifespan and protect concrete structures such as wastewater treatment facilities, pipeline facilities, water supply facilities, agricultural community facilities, irrigation channels, bridges, and dams. We select materials and construction methods that meet our customers' needs, providing high-quality construction as well. Additionally, we have established a subcommittee within the association called the "Pipeline Subcommittee" to address measures for the long-term durability of wastewater pipeline facilities.
