Additionally, we have successfully achieved high precision spherical surface processing with a roundness of 0.904 µm even at a distance of 300 µm from the tip, with no wear. Our company has realized mass production of high roundness spherical surface processing even for ultra-fine wires of φ0.08 mm, enabling stable supply.
