[Case Studies & Catalog Available] For the free design of robots and FA equipment! RIM molding that can produce molded parts over 2 meters! Solving your problems in large 3D component design!
"Achilles Teflon" is a rigid rim molding process that uses liquid raw materials, allowing for the flexible shaping of large items exceeding 2 meters. It features a high degree of design freedom that meets the demands of designers and engineers for "better designs at lower costs." It also helps reduce the cost of molds for large molded products and facilitates the production of multiple items. 【Do you have any of these concerns?】 ■ The size of parts that can be made with conventional injection molding is limited... ■ Resin molded products cannot be made as single-piece components, increasing the number of parts... ■ I want to procure large three-dimensional shaped parts... ■ It's not a one-off item, but I'm unsure about how to handle the mold due to limited lot numbers... → Achilles' "Achilles Teflon" can solve these problems! *For more details, please refer to the catalog and case studies available for download.

basic information
**Features of Achilles Teflon** - Suitable for large molded products! Achieves large molded items exceeding 2 meters square. - High design flexibility; easy to create thick and uneven sections. - Low initial costs; affordable mold costs suitable for diverse, medium, and small production runs. - Three selectable types; choose the appropriate material type according to application and purpose. *Achilles Teflon comes in three types, allowing selection based on application, expanding new possibilities in product design.* "Achilles Teflon-D"… High impact resistance and weather resistance. "Achilles Teflon-N"… Balances strength and cost. "Achilles Teflon-U"… Foam material allows for flexible design. **What is RIM Molding?** RIM molding stands for Reaction Injection Molding, a method known as reaction injection molding. Liquid raw materials are instantaneously mixed in a mixing head, injected into a mold, and then reactively solidified and plasticized. Since the raw materials are in liquid form, the resin can spread throughout the mold even at low injection pressures, enabling the realization of large molded products at low costs.
