We would like to introduce the processing methods of Nakagawa Shoko Co., Ltd., which engages in trading industrial materials, supplies, safety equipment, and processing businesses such as pressing and cutting. We perform processing in three main methods: "press cutting using molds" for which mold costs are required and suitable for mass production; "plotter processing" which does not require programming fees if CAD data is provided; and "hand processing" for small quantities, materials that cannot be molded, and where no mold costs are incurred. 【Features】 ■ Press Cutting (using molds) In addition to die cutting, we also use molds such as metal molds and pinnacle molds. ■ Cutting Processing (using plotters) Processing and finishing of materials that were difficult with die cutting have now become possible. ■ Hand Processing For large sizes, small quantities of 1-2 pieces, and prototypes where mold processing is difficult, we can process without creating a mold. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
