Recycle expensive resin materials! Cut costs by effectively utilizing resources. Also available in a tabletop model, easy to introduce with a compact design.
The "Re-Pelletter" is a small hot-cut pelletizer. Due to its hot-cut method, it produces clean pellets with uniform particles and minimal powder. It is also available in a tabletop model, making it more compact. The cutter unit can be attached to existing extrusion machines (details to be discussed). ~ We are currently accepting trial production requests ~ If you send us the raw materials being used, we will send you samples produced with the Re-Pelletter! *Please feel free to contact us for more details. <For those who are facing these issues> - Want to internalize the recycling of expensive resin materials - Currently relying on recycling companies but end up with impurities - Do not have enough space for large machines *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company was established in January 1954 with the aim of developing and manufacturing plastic machinery, primarily focusing on extrusion molding machines. The founder of our company conducted fundamental research on the physical properties of polymer materials and the molding of plastics at the Applied Mechanics Laboratory (formerly the Department of Aeronautics) at Tokyo Institute of Technology, where he was previously employed, and was also engaged in the prototype development of plastic machinery. Since then, while responding to the remarkable development of the plastic industry, we have been involved in the development and manufacturing of plastic machinery centered on extrusion molding equipment, providing devices that meet the industry's rapid advancements and earning significant trust from our customers up to the present day.
