The four cleaning rollers, both upper and lower, catch foreign objects that are difficult to remove with devices like ionizers. No special installation work is required; simply plug it into an outlet, and you can use it immediately. The upper roller unit automatically moves up and down according to the thickness of the workpiece. The rollers do not use silicone, so there is no concern about siloxane contamination or ink repelling. The rollers are made of soft rubber, so they will not damage the contact surfaces. You can choose the rubber's adhesive strength from white > blue > orange = light green (antistatic type). Foreign objects attached to the rollers can be cleaned with a dedicated cleaner, allowing for repeated use. It is also possible to use a transfer roller unit (sold separately) for transferring. You can choose the roller length from 120mm, 160mm, 240mm, or 340mm. It can accommodate workpieces up to 3mm thick.
