Our company designs and manufactures logistics transport equipment and car AV installation kits. This time, we would like to introduce a case that resolved a minor inconvenience within the factory. When transporting precision machinery via mixed cargo or when storage is required after delivery, we typically use wooden frame packaging for shipments to remote islands. However, customers were unable to pack or transport the items themselves, which caused difficulties. To address this, we visited the customer's location to pick up the items, packaged them in wooden frames at our facility, and handled the shipping directly from our company, freeing them from the hassle of shipping.
