Our company performs embossing on biaxially oriented PET film. Embossed films are used for the purpose of improving release properties. By adding texture to a flat film surface through embossing, it becomes possible to enhance release performance by adjusting the contact area with the target object. For challenges such as "flat films have poor release properties and won't peel off..." and "if it could peel off easily, we could improve yield more...", embossing processing proves effective. Our embossing processing can also be applied to release-treated films such as silicone, PP-coated, and fluorine-coated films. We can create process papers with the desired release properties. The effectiveness varies depending on the pattern and shape. Is it possible to mold continuously? A. Our embossing process is a roll-to-roll continuous molding method, allowing for continuous embossing on films. Q. What materials do you emboss? A. We primarily process biaxially oriented PET. We also have experience embossing PP, PE, polyimide, and acrylic. Q. Do you have film samples? A.
