Introducing the applications and processing achievements of joint resin industry that performs embossing.
We would like to introduce the applications and processing achievements of Godo Resin Industry, a company specializing in embossing two-axis stretched PET film. Our company offers four types of embossing methods, including "General Type Economy Method" and "General Type Heat-Resistant Method," as well as the "Custom Type 180°C and 120°C Heat-Resistant Method," which successfully adds heat resistance performance far exceeding conventional processing. We have a wide range of achievements from building materials applications to electrical materials processing applications. 【Applications and Processing Achievements】 ■ PET embossed film for cleaning process laminated sheets ■ PET embossed film for vacuum-laminated sheets ■ PET embossed film for contact and adhesion prevention laminated sheets ■ PET embossed film for laminating ■ PET embossed film for preventing paper sticking ■ PET embossed film for release paper and separators ■ PET embossed film for transfer (polyester decorative boards, FRP, and others) ■ Embossing on hard coat PET film ■ Embossing on vapor-deposited PET film *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company specializes in embossing plastic films. We excel in processing hard film substrates. We primarily perform embossing on "biaxially stretched PET," which is considered difficult to mold among films, and the embossed films are used in a wide range of applications due to their surface shapes. **Benefits of Adding Embossing (Texture) to Film Processing:** ◆ Increased surface area ◆ Reduced surface contact rate ◆ Prevention of adhesion ◆ Enhanced design quality What was not possible with flat films can now be achieved. Additionally, embossed films are utilized in various applications by leveraging their performance and functionality, including: ◆ Transfer applications to resins that utilize surface design ◆ Light diffusion through reflection and refraction effects ◆ Prevention of contact and adhesion with target objects Embossed films are used in a variety of applications.
