Magnetic Detection Head 'SIE-140' [Introduction to the SI-140 System Basic Unit] This is a magnetic detection head with a resolution of 0.1mm. By performing amplification processing with connected devices for both phase A and phase B, it achieves a resolution of 0.025mm with 4 times amplification. It can accurately read a magnetic scale that alternates between N-pole and S-pole magnetization at regular intervals. Since it uses AB phase signals, it is easy to replace other types of encoders. The measurement distance can be extended indefinitely by adding segments.

Magnetic Scale "SIS-140" [Introduction to the SI-140 System Basic Unit] A magnetic scale compatible with the SIE-140. When combined with this scale, accurate and stable positioning is possible. It can be manufactured in a single piece from 0.3 to 40 meters. By connecting multiple scales together, the measurement distance can be infinite.
