It features AB phase output and line driver output. Magnetic Detection Head 'SIE-140' 【Introduction to the SI-140 System Basic Unit】 This is a magnetic detection head with a resolution of 0.1mm. By connecting both phase A and phase B to the processing equipment for amplification, it achieves a resolution of 0.025mm with 4 times amplification. It can accurately read a magnetic scale that alternately magnetizes N and S poles at equal intervals. Since it uses AB phase signals, it can easily replace other types of encoders. The measurement distance can be extended infinitely by adding more units.

Magnetic Scale "SIS-140" [Introduction to the SI-140 System Basic Unit] A magnetic scale compatible with the SIE-140. When combined with this scale, accurate and stable positioning is possible. It can be manufactured in a single piece from 0.3 to 40 meters. By connecting multiple scales together, the measurement distance can be infinite.
