The "SA-200 System" is an absolute linear encoder system that employs a compact dedicated head. It comes as a set with a dedicated scale measuring 65mm in width, 20mm in height, and 25mm in depth. The detection distance of the head can achieve 0.3 to 1.6mm when the material of the mounting base is magnetic. Magnetic Scale "SAS-200" The "SAS-200" features a rubber magnet with an absolute code that is magnetized and adhered to a stainless steel base. The scale length can be produced from a minimum of 200mm to a maximum of 2,000mm. The total length specification will be 200+(8n)mm, where n is an integer.

Magnetic Detection Head 'SAE-200' The 'SAE-200-B□' can read the absolute code of the scale and measure absolute values up to a maximum length of 1,935mm. The output interface supports RS-422 serial communication, and the transmission speed can be specified at the time of order by indicating the suffix "□" in the model number*. The resolution achieves 0.01mm, and it is possible to set the origin at any position on the scale.
