"TS Super Clean" is a purge material for plastic molding machines that achieves powerful cleaning in addition to high heat resistance. It can be used with minimal changes to the cylinder temperature. Each grade is specially (uniquely) formulated to quickly remove dirt inside the molding machine, significantly reducing the work time during color changes and resin changes. We offer a wide range of grades, including the "SX type" suitable for heat-resistant engineering plastics and the "SP type" suitable for general-purpose olefin resins. Additionally, we have the "SR type," which is compatible with a range of materials from general-purpose resins to engineering plastics. 【Grade/Classification】 ◎SX: Type for engineering plastics (with GF) ◎SR: Type for standard to high-temperature resins (with filler) ◎RW: Type for general-purpose styrene resins (non-filler) ◎SW: Type for general-purpose styrene resins (non-filler) ◎SP: Type for PP resins 【Cleaning Method】 1. Completely discharge the previous resin from the cylinder. 2. Add the required amount of TS Super Clean into the molding machine hopper. 3. Perform repeated cleaning with the screw position at the forward limit, high back pressure, and high rotation. 4. Combining cleaning agents can yield better results. 5.
