There was a possibility that the nozzle alignment (offset) could slightly vary depending on the person in charge. Therefore, it has become possible to perform the offset semi-automatically.

1. Attach the specified paper for calibration used in the offset. 2. Bring the nozzle close to the paper while the solder is being ejected, making contact with the solder. 3. Once the solder mark is on the paper, it will be recognized by the program camera. 4. Based on the recognition results, the deviation from the center will be corrected. 5. The corrected results will be fed back to the actual soldering points.
