Tensile test results of shell molds show the tensile strength of molten metal inoculated with materials FC150, FC200, and FC250. The tensile strength of simple cast products and round bar processed products yielded almost the same results, indicating that the simple cast products are sufficient for manufacturing site management.

Appearance of the product immediately after pouring. To prevent leakage, the bonding surfaces of the product were glued with adhesive and further secured with a band to fix the mold. The time until demolding was set to one hour from the pouring.
