Introducing the manufacturing process of products that can reduce costs compared to mold prototypes depending on their shape!
Here is an introduction to the manufacturing process of "6 Nylon Casting." The features of our "6 Nylon Casting" include the use of silicone rubber molds and the production through vacuum casting, as well as the use of 6 nylon as the material. Unlike conventional prototyping methods that require the creation of simple molds, we produce using vacuum casting, which means we do not use pellet materials. Additionally, the materials we produce in-house can have up to 30% glass filler added to match the strength of mass production materials. 【Manufacturing Process】 1. Master model creation 2. Mold frame installation ⇒ Pouring silicone rubber ⇒ Curing 3. Cutting the silicone rubber mold 4. Completion of the silicone rubber mold 5. Mold assembly ⇒ Casting ⇒ Curing 6. Demolding ⇒ Finishing 7. Completion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Newtech Co., Ltd. is a company that conducts casting prototypes and injection molding prototypes using three methods: gypsum casting suitable for die-cast prototypes, lost-wax casting that can produce small quantities of prototype castings with short lead times, and 6 nylon injection molding that can produce nylon resin parts using silicone rubber molds. We respond to requests such as, "I want to reduce casting production costs without making molds or wooden patterns for small-scale casting prototypes" and "I want to create prototype castings that are close in precision and surface finish to die-cast products." Please feel free to contact us.
