This is a report on the installation of Eco-Mal Film at Shiga University of Medical Science. We applied 'Eco-Mal Film M-20A' and 'Eco-Mal Film M-50A' to the glass surfaces of the management building, library, clinical research building, and hospital wards, and measured the heat shielding effect. A temperature difference of up to 2.2°C was confirmed between the glass alone and after the installation of Eco-Mal Film. (June 12th, during the rainy season) Despite the measurements taken during the rainy season, a heat shielding effect of over 2 degrees was observed.
