Surface mounting is possible for general substrates, flexible substrates, and large substrates (up to 508×381). We have prepared Omron's VT-WIN2 (for M size) as an appearance inspection machine for finished products. Testing with an in-circuit tester is also possible. We respond quickly to urgent projects. We can perform various substrate modification work (jumper wires, component replacement, pattern cutting). We can assemble wiring for small units. Hand placement of surface mount components for development prototypes is also possible. We have extensive experience with CSP and BGA mounted boards. Cleaning is available upon request. (Cleaning solution: FX-50, rinse: Markless ST-05) If shipped without functional testing, our shipping inspection will be a visual inspection.
