Crushing the rice husk structure into a powdery state while destroying it! Excellent durability with the use of special steel components!
The "Double Press" is a husk compression and swelling device that grinds rice husks by rubbing them together, destroying the structure of the husks and reducing them to a fine powder resembling bran. After adding water and applying pressure, the ground husks acquire high water absorption properties. Additionally, since the husks are crushed against each other, there is less strain on the machine, and the use of special steel components ensures excellent durability. Consumables (such as screw cutters) can be repaired through welding buildup, allowing for reduced running costs. 【Features】 ■ Low electricity costs ■ Very good durability ■ Easy and good maintenance of consumables ■ High production capacity (for rice husk processing) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
