The parallel stirring paddle "Parallel Paddle" is an original stirring paddle developed by Mikihiro Astec based on a new concept. Its shape features a very simple structure with two paddles arranged parallel to each other around a rotating axis. Stirring is achieved by rotating the two paddles around the rotating axis. Due to the rotation, the material being stirred is expelled between the two paddles by centrifugal force, while simultaneously being drawn in from the direction along the rotating axis between the two paddles. This repetitive motion is the main mechanism.
