The "URT40-F41S" is a 40kHz high-speed ultrasonic spindle unit. With ultrasonic spindles operating at 40kHz, they are suitable for processing hard and brittle materials as well as difficult-to-machine materials due to the ultrasonic vibrations (amplitude of 2μm to 6μm) occurring 40,000 times per second, along with rotational motion. The spindle motor can be selected from three types of servo motors to accommodate a wide variety of machining applications.
