The cleaning items are temporarily placed in a vacuum to remove air from fine stopping holes, gaps, seams, stopping screw holes, and complex internal cavities. Then, degassed cleaning liquid is introduced, and powerful ultrasonic cleaning is performed using a wideband simultaneous multi-wave ultrasound with a fundamental frequency of 25 kHz, including frequency components up to 275 kHz. This is a new era of precision and powerful ultrasonic cleaning equipment, with standard models of 1200W, 2400W, 3600W, and 4800W. For automotive engine blocks, a 14400W model is also standardized.
