Covers longwave, VHF/UHF aviation radio, various digital radio, and 1200 MHz amateur radio. Analog all-mode: Despite being handheld, it supports all modes including CW/SSB/AM/FM/WFM. It can be used for receiving various analog radios such as AM/FM broadcasting stations, shortwave CW, SSB amateur radio, AM VHF/UHF aviation radio, and FM-type bug detection. Digital reception is left to auto mode. To receive unknown digital radio, it is necessary to set the reception mode appropriately. AOR has developed a digital auto mode that automatically sets the appropriate reception mode for received digital radio. This allows for easy operation by simply tuning to the frequency, providing comfortable reception unique to the AR-DV10, which supports numerous digital radios. Furthermore, the digital auto mode also allows for NFM mode reception, making it convenient for receiving amateur radio where analog and digital signals coexist within the same band.
