Based on feedback from our users, we have developed a new separable layered label. The conventional layered labels had a peeling edge that spanned the entire width, which could get caught and peel off during transport, and the heavy release made it difficult to remove without causing the label to curl and lift. In response, the new layered label features a diagonal peeling edge to reduce lifting and peeling during transport, and improvements in the release design make it easier to peel off, significantly reducing curling. Additionally, by applying adhesive in dot form while keeping the peeling edge intact, the release becomes even lighter, and the adhesive strength is also reduced, making it easier to remove after being applied to cardboard and other surfaces.
