Application technology of anodizing! It can prevent particle generation.
We would like to introduce a case study of our developed heat-resistant anodizing treatment (anodic oxidation treatment of aluminum components) called "Welmite." We received a request from a customer stating that various parts (anodized products) in the processing chamber of a semiconductor manufacturing equipment heat treatment module were corroding due to the volatilization of solvents and developing solutions. In response, we developed "Welmite" to solve the customer's issues. After its adoption, the lifespan of the parts was significantly extended, and the yield of semiconductors improved. 【Case Study】 <Customer's Request> ■ Various parts in the processing chamber of the semiconductor manufacturing equipment heat treatment module were corroding due to the volatilization of solvents and developing solutions. ■ To prevent the deterioration of semiconductor yield, frequent parts replacement was necessary, leading to concerns about running costs. <Customer's Feedback After Adopting Welmite> ■ The lifespan of the parts was significantly extended, and the yield of semiconductors improved. ■ Not only were we appreciated by users, but it also contributed to enhancing the added value and competitiveness of the equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We believe that our mission is to evolve and propose surface treatment technologies, which are foundational technologies for manufacturing, have a history dating back to ancient times, and have evolved to support cutting-edge industries of each era, but have now become difficult for anyone to perform. This evolution begins with communication with our customers. We learn about the materials our customers use, understand the required functional characteristics, and study the environment in which the finished products will be used and the roles they are expected to fulfill. If necessary, we collaborate with universities and public research institutions. We then provide the optimal surface treatment technology.
