We would like to introduce a case where we solved a problem through our anodizing process. When anodizing a ring-shaped product, we encountered an issue where the coating on the sharp corner areas was peeling off. Our customer was facing a challenge, as they wanted to prevent peeling in mass production, but the cause was unknown. Through adjustments in the pretreatment conditions and appropriate thickness of the coating, subsequent mass-produced items no longer experienced peeling.
