The "Channel-type Heat Exchanger" is a gas-to-gas heat exchanger that uses rolled steel pipes in the heat exchange section. The steel pipes can be selected from carbon steel, stainless steel, or special heat-resistant steel based on temperature and gas composition. To achieve high heat transfer performance, the gas from the heat source flows perpendicularly to the tubes, while the preheated gas is passed through at high speed to enhance the cooling effect.
