Utilizing high-temperature heat source gas, preheated gas can be heated up to 650°C!
The "Radiation Type Cage-Style Heat Exchanger" is a gas-gas heat exchanger that utilizes high-temperature heat source gas (over 800°C). It can heat preheated gas up to 650°C using high-temperature heat source gas. Instead of a double cylindrical inner tube, it uses tubes on the heat transfer surface. The heat source gas flows inside the inner tube, while preheated gas flows at high speed inside the tubes. Gas radiation is due to the CO2 and H2O gases in the heat source gas, making it suitable for utilizing high-temperature gas due to the high concentration of these gases. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes high-temperature heat source gas (over 800°C) ■ Capable of heating preheated gas up to 650°C ■ Uses tubes on the heat transfer surface instead of a double cylindrical inner tube ■ Suitable for utilizing high-temperature gas *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
