【Case Study】 Company Name: Tire Factory 【Challenges】 They consulted us because they wanted to improve the efficiency and safety of their conveyor belts! ↓ <Consultation> *Details of the solution are explained in the catalog! ↓ 【Results】 With the establishment of a new warehouse, we installed an inclined belt conveyor for tire storage from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor and a roller chute for shipping from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. Additionally, we improved the system by adding a lower cover, which is not typically included, to prevent fingers and hair from getting caught in the belt.
