Our company creates prepress (preliminary process) die types for seal printing (spring dies and flexible dies (etching dies)). The "DLC coated die" is a die type that has been coated with a material called Diamond Like Carbon. It is used during the die-cutting process of materials such as white printed items or white coated materials. Its durability has been proven to last nine times longer than that of standard die types.
