We would like to introduce a case study of Company M, which has implemented our "APS Chuck." This company, which designs and manufactures carbide die heads, handles a wide variety of low-volume production, accommodating over 1,000 different types of repeat items. However, production efficiency was a challenge due to issues such as claw replacement time. Therefore, they equipped their NC lathe with the "APS Chuck." Additionally, they adopted this product again when introducing a second unit the following year.
