Since its founding in 1891, we have progressed as a manufacturer specializing in refractory materials and continue to produce refractory bricks and insulators for electric furnaces. Our main products today are industrial electric heaters, and we excel in the design and manufacturing of heaters for electric furnaces that operate in harsh environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, creating them to order. Using metal heating elements, we provide electric furnace heaters that can withstand temperatures up to 1200°C, which are used in furnaces for processes such as carburizing and quenching of iron, as well as bending glass. Additionally, as a new product, we have successfully developed and commercialized a hot air generation device by combining metal heating element processing technology with ceramic insulator manufacturing technology.
