The "EATM" allows you to achieve chocolate melting and tempering simply by plugging it into an outlet. At night, it maintains the melting state through a mode switch, and by switching to tempering mode the next morning, you can complete the chocolate tempering in about 30 minutes, making production possible. By installing the optional chocolate coating net, it can also be used as a simple enrober.
