The "EATM" allows you to achieve chocolate melting and tempering simply by plugging it into an outlet. At night, it maintains the melting state through a mode switch, and by switching to tempering mode the next morning, you can complete the chocolate tempering in about 30 minutes, making production possible. By installing the optional chocolate coating net, it can also be used as a simple enrober. The ENROBING MACHINE "Enrober" is a machine suitable for chocolate coating various products such as snacks, biscuits, and cereal bars. By switching the internal temperature to warm air, there is no variation in temperature compared to conventional heated rollers. Additionally, because coating is done using a winding roll, the product rows remain undisturbed, allowing for 3 to 4 rows to flow simultaneously.
