The ENROBING MACHINE "Enrober" is a machine suitable for chocolate coating various products such as snacks, biscuits, and cereal bars. By switching the internal temperature to warm air, there is no variation in temperature compared to conventional heated rollers. Additionally, because coating is done using a winding roll, the product rows remain undisturbed, allowing for 3 to 4 rows to flow simultaneously. (Note: This may vary depending on the size of the products being processed.) The hopper, net, and chocolate sections can be removed, enabling quick disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly.
