■High-speed, high-precision compact 5-axis machining center The MM100VF is a high-speed, high-precision compact NC cutting machine with simultaneous 5-axis control, capable of machining difficult materials such as ceramics, titanium, and copper. It meets a wide range of needs from small-batch production of precision parts to integration into production lines. Additionally, it can be used for engraving letters, marks, and as an educational NC working machine. ■Can be installed beside a desk With a minimum width of 655mm during transport and an installation area of just 1 square meter, its ultra-compact design allows it to be set up beside desks in research or design rooms. Even in factory settings, layout changes are kept to a minimum. It can be brought in through openings that were previously deemed impossible, enabling simultaneous 5-axis machining in locations that were traditionally challenging. ■Equipped with FANUC 31i-B5 for simultaneous 5-axis control The control unit features the FANUC 31iB5. This allows for simultaneous 5-axis machining even in limited spaces such as laboratories or prototyping rooms.
