Introduction of an example applying SDC type solenoid to a device for quantitative filling of powder.
This system uses a solenoid and a projector for the quantitative filling of powder. The diagram shows solenoid (1) in an energized state and solenoid (2) in a de-energized state. When solenoid (1) is energized, the powder in the storage tank flows into the measuring cup. When the light beam from the projector is blocked by the powder, solenoid (1) is de-energized, and it moves to the left due to spring (1), stopping the inflow of powder. Next, to prevent the scattering of powder, the measuring cup and solenoid (2) descend to a certain position, after which solenoid (2) is energized, and shutter (2) opens. Once the powder in the measuring cup has completely flowed into the receiver, solenoid (2) is de-energized, and shutter (2) closes due to spring (2), while solenoid (2) and the measuring cup rise back to their original positions, completing one cycle. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
