Case study of environmental improvement through the introduction of air conditioning robot cleaning machines.
The air conditioner used in the factory was old and had hardly been cleaned, so its efficiency was deteriorating rapidly. When I opened the air conditioning unit to clean it and improve its efficiency, I found that dirt and dust were caked onto the heat exchanger. As I researched further, I learned about the existence of a robot cleaning machine specifically for air conditioners. It can carefully high-pressure wash each aluminum fin of the heat exchanger down to the millimeter, effectively removing dirt that conventional hand cleaning could not. After actually using it, the airflow improved from 11.73 m³/min to 14.92 m³/min, a recovery of 24%. Along with this, we were also able to reduce power consumption by 4%.
