The 6-axis robot handles the parts and performs cleaning based on mechanisms for deionization, pulse air, brush washing, and suction.
Robot Master - Automatic Cleaning Device For production requiring flexibility, lot production, automation, and complex part shapes, we recommend the Robot Master cleaning system. In the Robot Master series, devices can be adapted to standard parts or specially customized for specific parts. The core of the cleaning system is the suction unit and the robot for handling parts. The cleaning device and the robot operate in tandem to perform the cleaning. When the cleaning device is stopped, the robot transports parts along the contours of the parts above the cleaning head. The 6-axis robot can be freely programmed to clean various shaped parts. The Robot Master is necessary when cleaning along the contours of part shapes is required, when there is a high need for cleaning positions, and when high flexibility is needed. For example, decorative parts used in the telecommunications industry or decorative parts for the interior and exterior of automobiles can be cited.
