"Clean Master 3D" is a fully automatic cleaning device that performs deburring and UV curing treatment of resin products after in-mold forming, hot stamping, and decorative molding. It is capable of processing plastic parts with smooth or slightly curved surfaces. It can also handle products with through holes. The products fed into the machine undergo a brush cleaning process, where burrs on the edges and outer frames of the resin products, as well as burrs from through holes, are treated with brushes. After processing the edges, the products are cured in the UV treatment process. If desired, brush cleaning can also be performed after UV treatment. This device does not have standard models.
