In our "Aluminum Die Casting Mold Repair," we select and use suitable materials for welding based on the characteristics required for the damaged areas of the mold. We carry out the entire process from preheating to post-weld heat treatment as a continuous flow. Additionally, in "Welded Structural Molds," the size and position of cooling holes significantly influence the mold's lifespan.
