Our company is capable of repair techniques for ram saw blocks using Capilla 64kb for crack repairs and 64kbs for surface repairs, as well as repair techniques for bolster die holders. After welding, final machining is performed, and the finished product is delivered. 【Features of Ram Saw Block Repair】 - For surface repairs, the depth is determined considering the effective thickness of the weld, and beveling is performed. - Inspections are conducted using penetrant testing, and if cracks are confirmed, complete removal and welding repairs are carried out. - Capilla 64kb is used for crack repairs, and 64kbs is used for surface repairs. - Post-welding heat treatment results in a surface layer with wear resistance and high toughness, approximating SKT4. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
