The "NKN-1000" is an automatic root and stem cutting machine that automatically cuts the roots and stems of green onions, reducing the labor involved in root and stem cutting tasks. While storing green onions in a root-cut state, it allows for efficient re-cutting of cores and discolored areas that have grown from the cut surface. By re-cutting, it eliminates bacteria from the base.
