The "CSC" is a defect detection switch (OK, ±NG) that allows for low-cost sorting of defective products. Traditionally, full inspection would output limit value signals for -NG and +NG using two switches each for the OK range, and these signals would be converted into -NG, OK, and +NG regions by a sequencer (logic circuit) for three-class classification. This product classifies into three classes (-NG, OK, +NG) as pass (OK) or fail (±NG).
