We would like to introduce a customer case of the ozone generator "Ozone Cluster 1400" at an eel restaurant in Mie Prefecture. Previously, we used alcohol spray and disinfectant bleach for sterilization inside the restaurant. After the rapid increase of norovirus, which cannot be eliminated by alcohol, we considered introducing a machine that sprays hypochlorous acid, but we decided against it due to cost and effectiveness concerns. In the meantime, we heard that "ozone is more effective than chlorine," so we introduced a large ozone generator for sterilization in the kitchen. However, the ozone generator we previously used was large and weighed about 30 kg, making it cumbersome for even an adult male to carry.
