Low pressure loss and high precision over a wide measurement range! 4-piston type high pressure (21MPa) high precision micro flow meter (made of SUS316).
The "P234MZ" is a high-precision micro flow meter (made of SUS316) with a four-piston type that offers low pressure loss and high accuracy across a wide measurement range (21MPa). It can be used for measuring fluids such as water and aqueous solutions (pH 4-12). Applications include micro flow measurement and control for reverse osmosis membranes, valve testing (in valve manufacturing plants), leak testing (process and production leak tests), and for resin hardeners like MEKP. 【Features】 ■ Flow measurement range: 1–2000 cc/min ■ Accuracy (viscosity 1 cp): Reading value ±0.4% or less (for ranges over 100:1) ■ Maximum operating pressure: 21 MPa ■ Pulse output: 180 p/cc (one-way) 5V voltage pulse A/B phase each 90 p/cc (forward and reverse flow measurement) ■ Voltage output: ±10 VDC / Current: ±4-20 mA, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company has been the Japanese agent for MAX MACHINERY (CA, USA) for over 35 years, supporting various applications such as fuel consumption measurement and fuel system functional components for motorcycles, automobiles, buses, trucks, marine, construction machinery, and general-purpose engines, as well as fuel for aircraft engines and hydraulic fluids for aircraft functional components (ground performance testing). We have also provided long-term support for the measurement of JP fuel flow and MIL-STD hydraulic oil flow, as well as for the measurement and formulation control (PLC) of micro-flows of low to high viscosity chemical solvents and materials, urethane materials, adhesives, and other chemical process applications, improving and solving problems in these areas.
