A portable device that fits in your work pocket! AI determines concrete floatation and peeling.
The "PDC-100A" is an AI impact sound checker that determines the presence of delamination or floating within concrete structures. It captures the impact sound from an inspection hammer through a microphone and makes judgments using the machine learning function within the device. By pressing the REC button, it saves the time waveform, frequency waveform, and the date and time of OK/NG results to memory. Additionally, it can connect to a PC or tablet via Bluetooth to display the memory data on a monitor screen as waveforms. 【Features】 ■ Machine learning (AI) automatically determines delamination and floating ■ Judgments are indicated by a buzzer and LED, with a judgment time of 0.5 seconds ■ Training data and waveform data are saved on an SD memory card ■ Waveform data can be sent to a tablet via Bluetooth and displayed ■ Setting and displaying the X/Y coordinate values of impact points *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
