At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we mass-produce stoppers using the CN-CL NC lathe multi-processing machine. There are two helicoils for the set screws, and if using a multi-processing machine, it can be processed with a single chuck. The "stoppers" for the automotive-related industrial machinery often have simple shapes, making it possible to meet customer requirements as closely as possible through machining. Additionally, MC nylon (monomer cast nylon) is frequently used in areas requiring mechanical strength (impact resistance), and the material itself is readily available, making it widely used. *There are many grades available, making selection easier. When responding to mass-produced items using NC lathe multi-processing (Okuma), we enhance machine utilization by using 5-face machining for items that require round part indexing and small items. Furthermore, by implementing a shift system, we can accommodate items with high production volumes.
