Stopper "N810004"

Even in narrow spaces, it is possible to detect thread breaks for a very large number of warp threads! Further promoting efficiency in the weaving process.

The N810004 is a stopper developed to solve challenges such as securing space for thread supply components and ensuring proper placement within that space. This time, we have developed an evolved customized product. It now allows for narrower pitch options of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm, enabling more threads to run in the same space while incorporating reliable thread-cut detection functionality for each weight. Additionally, each connected stopper is equipped with an electrical mechanism, allowing for more flexible and multifunctional responses by connecting wiring to external devices. Leveraging our integrated system, we rapidly advanced development in-house, successfully bringing the product to market in just three months. **Features** - Achieves more thread-cut detection in narrow spaces with 6mm interval stoppers - Individually identifies thread breaks and offers unique automation functions tailored to the site *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
