Simultaneously polish both sides of a metal surface with a lap machine! You can achieve reduced processing time and improved processing accuracy.

At Kowa Jitsugyo Co., Ltd., we perform "double-sided lapping" using a lapping machine to polish the metal surfaces of plates and other items simultaneously on both sides based on our customers' requests. The lapping machine has the upper and lower platens rotating in opposite directions. The carrier inside rotates while revolving due to the rotation of the sun gear and internal gear.
